The training session took place on April 19, and attracted an enthusiastic participation of 60 attendees representing various congregations and communities. The engagement and dedication shown by all participants have truly made the session impactful and enriching.
The session focused on vital aspects including grants, donations, and audit compliance. Understanding the crucial role of donations and grants in sustaining the mission of Catholic organizations, participants delved into developing effective strategies for managing grants, tracking and recording donations accurately and transparently, and allocating resources efficiently. Moreover, attendees gained valuable insights into monitoring grant expenditures and ensuring compliance with grant guidelines, essential for maintaining financial integrity and transparency within Catholic Institutions.
It is worth noting that the session was conducted in four languages (Arabic, Italian, French, and English), ensuring accessibility and inclusivity for all participants. Additionally, a certified accounting software solution was presented during the session, providing practical tools for implementation in Catholic Institutions.
